About David Bramante
Builder. Founder. Technical Partner.
David Bramante is a builder, founder, and technical partner based in Los Angeles. After two decades in LA real estate-as an investor, broker, and fix-and-flip syndicator-he founded Loom Realty, completing over 70 transactions representing nearly $100 million in volume. Now, he focuses full-time on technology through CodexDeus.
David's journey into technology began early. He was building computers in the San Fernando Valley before he could drive-a kid from the 80s who found his way into technology playing Legend of Zelda, then building custom PCs and competing in Quake and Age of Empires as a teenager. That competitive obsession led him to represent the United States at the inaugural World Cyber Games in Seoul, South Korea in 2000.
When he couldn't find the tools he needed in real estate, he built them. That problem-solving mindset turned him into a developer with 13+ years shipping SaaS products across legal tech, education, real estate, and entertainment. He previously led marketing at LoopChat through UC Berkeley SkyDeck.
Before ChatGPT made AI mainstream in November 2022, David was already deep in it-hosting the David Bramante Show, a podcast exploring consciousness, artificial intelligence, and robotics with researchers from Harvard, MIT, and leading institutions. That same curiosity led to CinemaMachina (AI-generated short films adapted from books), with 8 films submitted to Sundance 2026 and Ann Arbor Film Festival.
David is also the author of the Quick Rewind Series-five books on the untold histories of Neopets, Tamagotchi, Where's Waldo, Super Soaker, and Pogs-with two #1 Amazon new releases.
Every week, David talks to founders from every walk of life. Teachers, nurses, veterans, retirees, first-time entrepreneurs. What they have in common isn't technical knowledge-it's conviction. They see something that should exist. His job is to make sure it does.
