Loom Realty Closes After Five Years of Service

David and Kayla Jane Bramante announce the closure of their family-owned brokerage

CALABASAS, CA: Loom Realty, the family-owned boutique real estate brokerage founded in 2021, has officially closed its doors as of January 2026. Co-founders Kayla Jane Bramante and David Bramante made the decision to wind down operations after an incredible five-year journey helping families, friends, colleagues, and investors navigate their most important investment decisions.

Loom Realty specialized in residential, commercial, and luxury real estate sales, as well as residential and commercial leasing across Southern California. Combined through their careers, David and Kayla completed over 70 transactions representing more than $100 million in sales volume, with deep expertise in LA's Eastside neighborhoods including Echo Park, Silver Lake, Los Feliz, and Hollywood, as well as the Calabasas and Malibu Canyon communities.

A Message from David and Kayla

To our clients, colleagues, and community-thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your investments, and your dreams. Every transaction we handled was more than a deal; it was a family finding their forever home, an investor building their future, a friend taking a leap of faith. We were honored to be part of those moments.

The relationships we built over these years mean everything to us. From late-night negotiations to early-morning inspections, from celebrating closing days to navigating the challenges of a dynamic market-we shared it all with you. Those experiences shaped who we are, and we carry them forward with gratitude.

While Loom Realty has closed, we haven't stopped building. We've each embarked on new ventures that reflect our passions and expertise. We invite you to follow along as we continue to grow, create, and serve in new ways.

With heartfelt thanks and warm wishes,
David Bramante & Kayla Jane Bramante

About David Bramante

Builder. Founder. Technical Partner.

David Bramante is a builder, founder, and technical partner based in Los Angeles. After two decades in LA real estate-as an investor, broker, and fix-and-flip syndicator-he founded Loom Realty, completing over 70 transactions representing nearly $100 million in volume. Now, he focuses full-time on technology through CodexDeus.

David's journey into technology began early. He was building computers in the San Fernando Valley before he could drive-a kid from the 80s who found his way into technology playing Legend of Zelda, then building custom PCs and competing in Quake and Age of Empires as a teenager. That competitive obsession led him to represent the United States at the inaugural World Cyber Games in Seoul, South Korea in 2000.

When he couldn't find the tools he needed in real estate, he built them. That problem-solving mindset turned him into a developer with 13+ years shipping SaaS products across legal tech, education, real estate, and entertainment. He previously led marketing at LoopChat through UC Berkeley SkyDeck.

Before ChatGPT made AI mainstream in November 2022, David was already deep in it-hosting the David Bramante Show, a podcast exploring consciousness, artificial intelligence, and robotics with researchers from Harvard, MIT, and leading institutions. That same curiosity led to CinemaMachina (AI-generated short films adapted from books), with 8 films submitted to Sundance 2026 and Ann Arbor Film Festival.

David is also the author of the Quick Rewind Series-five books on the untold histories of Neopets, Tamagotchi, Where's Waldo, Super Soaker, and Pogs-with two #1 Amazon new releases.

Every week, David talks to founders from every walk of life. Teachers, nurses, veterans, retirees, first-time entrepreneurs. What they have in common isn't technical knowledge-it's conviction. They see something that should exist. His job is to make sure it does.

Working in Tech... Retired from Real Estate

David Bramante announces retirement from real estate after 20 years

After 20 years as a Realtor in Los Angeles helping friends, family and clients find homes, working with investors growing their portfolios, and syndicating large fix-and-flips, David Bramante made the decision this month to let his real estate license expire so that he can finally focus 100% on tech.

While negotiating real estate deals and escrows, David was also coding until 2am, launching apps, and building software companies. For the past 10+ years, he's been living a double life: Realtor by day, tech founder by night.

What started as small real estate SaaS projects turned into marketing, consulting, and development for others, in a wide-range of fields like legal, finance, automotive, and now more than ever... AI.

Last year, David launched Showing Booker, an automated 24-hour notice platform for tenant-occupied properties-created to eliminate the hassle of giving notices and juggling everyone's conflicting schedules, while providing a bullet-proof record for the LA Housing Department.

Now, David is working as a technical founder and CTO, focusing on building apps and platforms that generate monthly revenue. He takes ideas and business problems and turns them into money-making solutions in 90 days.

His most recent SaaS project in real estate is CodeCaller, a new AI voice agent platform that generates real estate leads from cold calling property owners.
