About Loom Realty

California Broker of Record and Designated Officer support for property management and leasing operators.

The Company

Loom Realty helps California property management and leasing businesses operate under licensed broker supervision.

Loom Realty provides California Broker of Record and Designated Officer support for property management companies, leasing companies, rental operators, owner-operators, and approved real estate corporations that need DRE-compliant supervision, file standards, advertising review, trust fund workflow review when applicable, and practical broker communication.

The company is intentionally focused. Loom Realty does not provide escrow services, escrow compliance services, business brokerage broker-of-record services, M&A brokerage support, or broad residential sales recruiting. The primary fit is a California management or leasing operation that needs licensed supervision without building a brokerage from scratch.

Why the property management and leasing focus matters.

Property management and leasing operations create different broker-supervision issues than ordinary sales teams. Management agreements, rental advertising, lease files, tenant communication, owner expectations, insurance records, trust fund workflows, and monthly operating habits all need a practical compliance structure. Loom Realty's BOR service is built around those day-to-day realities.

Before narrowing into BOR services, Loom Realty operated as an active California brokerage with sales, leasing, management, file review, advertising, forms, and client-service responsibilities. That history is now used as background operating judgment for broker supervision, not as a signal that Loom Realty is trying to attract escrow, business brokerage, M&A, or generic residential sales brokerage leads.
