Loom Realty is not a law firm, CPA firm, insurance broker, or financial advisor and does not provide legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Property management companies, real estate agents, brokers, brokerages, and owner-operators should consult their own qualified advisors.
Trust-fund service boundary: Loom Realty does not receive, hold, deposit, or disburse client, tenant, owner, escrow, or other trust funds for leasing or sales activity. Leasing commissions, sales proceeds, and money due to an owner must move through the approved payment or closing process without being deposited into a Loom Realty trust account. For property management only, Loom may consider supervision of a client-controlled trust-account workflow on a case-by-case basis after a separate written request, risk review, and written approval. It is not included by default.
