Loom Realty is led by David and Kayla Bramante. David is the first contact and runs operations; Kayla is the active California broker responsible for licensed supervision. Prospects are not routed through a large sales team, and approved clients know who is handling operations and who is serving as broker.

David leads first contact, BOR fit review, onboarding coordination, operating systems, client communication, and the administrative side of Loom Realty’s supervision relationships. He began working in property management in Los Feliz in the mid-1990s, started investing in Echo Park in 2001, and became licensed in California in 2005.
His background spans hands-on rental operations, leasing, multifamily investment sales, brokerage operations, file and advertising workflows, and management of Keller Williams offices in Downtown Los Angeles and Marina del Rey that supported approximately 800 agents. David retired his real estate license in January 2026 and now focuses on Loom Realty operations and client coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead the first conversation and learn the client’s operating model, team, service scope, and immediate needs.
- Coordinate fit review, onboarding records, document flow, operating systems, account administration, and recurring check-ins.
- Support client communication, follow-up, and escalation while keeping Kayla informed of matters requiring broker review.
How You’ll Work With David
David is your first contact and day-to-day operating coordinator. You will work with him to explain the business, assemble onboarding materials, establish the recurring workflow, and keep ordinary administrative questions moving. When an issue requires licensed broker judgment, supervision, or approval, David brings Kayla into the conversation.

Kayla Jane Bramante

Kayla is Loom Realty’s active California broker and provides licensed Broker of Record supervision and Designated Officer review for approved clients. Her role includes broker-level review of the approved operating scope, supervision structure, advertising and file expectations, trust-fund workflow when applicable, recurring communication, and escalation of material issues.
Before real estate, Kayla was an award-winning National Sales Manager at ADP Payroll in Chicago. She later developed hands-on experience across management, leasing, sales, and brokerage operations. She has stepped away from active production to focus on accountable broker supervision, process, communication, and compliance discipline.
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed Broker of Record or Designated Officer supervision for approved entities and service scopes.
- Set and review expectations for advertising, files, forms, trust-fund workflow when applicable, and broker communication.
- Evaluate material compliance questions, complaints, claims, operating changes, and other issues requiring broker-level direction.
How You’ll Work With Kayla
Kayla joins the fit and onboarding process when licensed broker review is needed, establishes the supervision framework for approved clients, and remains available for substantive broker matters. David handles the regular operating cadence; Kayla provides the broker judgment, direction, and escalation decisions that cannot be delegated to administrative operations.

Loom Realty is not a passive license-rental arrangement. Approved clients should expect defined service scope, document and insurance requirements, advertising and file standards, monthly communication, and escalation when a compliance, claim, complaint, or operating issue arises.
